Tag has developed a fantastic exercise regime to make sure everything gets worked and toned; core strength comes back, balance improves, and endurance goes way up. I joined the T-Rex Fitness Bootcamp because I wanted to look more toned for summer holidays. I also thought it would help me with my goal of losing weight. All that happened and more.

Somewhere along the way my attitude changed and I started to feel more like an athlete doing a sport. I couldn’t believe the things I was getting my body to do because of Tag. TNT Bootcamp is very addictive and a big reason is because of Tag Dundas’ attitude. He’s a professional trainer who uses his knowledge about how the muscles work to help his clients push themselves beyond their perceived abilities. Tag’s positive and motivating attitude are also a big part of why I keep coming back. I am currently in my second Bootcamp with Tag and plan on continuing. I think I’ve finally found my sport and it feels great!

The group atmosphere of the T-Rex Bootcamp is also very motivating. Even after a stressful day at work, I found myself to be reenergized shortly into the program. Someone is always willing to cheer you on when it gets tough. It also helps to know that other people are working hard towards their fitness goals as well.

Tag considers individuals’ needs even though he’s training a group. Several people in our group came into the Bootcamp with past knee or back issues and Tag adjusts the exercises or particular moves to meet those needs. He definitely puts the safety and personal well-being of his clients at the forefront. In addition, even though we came into the group at different fitness levels, he made sure that we all progressed from where we started.

I highly recommend the TNT T-Rex Bootcamp to anyone looking for an amazing workout that develops all of the body’s muscle groups. The positive energy, encouraging group atmosphere and sense of accomplishment from achieving fitness goals are what keep me coming back.

I was in pretty good shape before I started training with Tag, but I needed to take my fitness to the next level. After my first session and being introduced to the TRX, I knew that this wasn’t going to be easy. Knowing that I was approaching the age of 50, I knew I couldn’t continue my inactive lifestyle, and needed to do something soon. I had tried going to the gym and workout videos, but I lacked discipline, so I decided to seek out a personal trainer. Tag is all about goals and set two immediately– to develop enough strength to lift my luggage when travelling, and to run 5 km. Within only eight weeks I was averaging 3 km! Never had I thought that this was possible. Initially, I only had enough stamina for a 30-minute session and could barely use 5 lb weights, but within six weeks I was able to train for 60 minutes and was using 10 lb weights. Now approaching the end of my first year, I can lift 40 lbs, do one-hand push-ups, hold a 2-minute plank, and skip “pepper” for several minutes. Tag knows exactly what to do and is very results-oriented. Whether we’re training indoors or outdoors, Tag provides a gruelling and motivating workout. Thanks to Tag, I am the most fit that I have ever been.

Tag is amazing. He’s so positive and a great motivator. Just when I think I can’t keep going, he keeps me going. He knows I can do it even though I don’t. That ’10 more seconds’ becomes ‘2 minutes’ within weeks with Tag. He always let me know how he has complete confidence in me, and I feel good around him. I love the feeling of complete exhaustion after our fitness session. Tag is also a great source of information, and extremely knowledgeable in many areas that have really helped me a great deal ranging from diet and nutrition to raising the bar with my workout schedule.

I have been working with Tag for almost three years now. I initially decided
to hire a personal trainer to help with back problems I was having from
sitting all day in front of the computer. Fitness has never been part of my
life and motivating myself to workout is difficult for me. Having a personal
trainer gives me that accountability I need. Tag has always been able to
push me to do more and work harder than I ever thought I could. Somehow
every session flies by and at the end of it I’ve finished a challenging
workout. He always manages to motivate me to do a little heavier weight,
hold a position longer or do one more set of the dreaded squats. He even
introduced me to the boxing gloves which I absolutely love. Who knew it

This is Tag and I would like to do a reverse testimonial.
One of my clients is Ravi, I have been training Ravi Since July 12,2010 and on testing day, the first session,I had him do push ups as one of the tests, he did 30.

Today he did 100 push ups.

Now push ups is not the be all end all of exercises, but it is a great way to show upper body strength. This is not typical for all people. But one of Ravi’s goals was to get to a 100 push ups, and because of his persistance, and showing up three days a week and giving everything he has, he got to one of his goals. My point is: anything is possible if you put your mind to it and work hard for it. Today September 24,2010 is a fantastic day for me because I watched one of my clients achieve his/her goals, and of course because he attained on of his goals, his session was free:)

Now I have many clients just like Ravi, but these results are not typical and he deserves a big shout out.

I was always looking for a workout that was not time consuming but got me results (who isn’t.)Well, I found it, TRX bootcamp. After my first 3 weeks I had results and I was hooked, it has now been 6 months I have never been this tone in my life, my flexibility has increase and I am ready for bikini season! It has been such a great ongoing experience,  the work outs are never the same but what stays the same is Tags passion for getting all of us motivated and pushing our limits.

So much fun training with Tag!

Four of us went for four weeks, twice a week. It was hard work but Tag is very encouraging and makes you want to be better than you were yesterday, every time. Tag gave us a great variety of exercises to keep it interesting and fun! (i would never say that to him during those sessions , not whilst the sweat is dripping off my body and i want to swear at him haha) right now, i definitely feel stronger, just came back from the gym so happy i could go for longer on the treadmill! Woohooo! Highly recommend TNT fitness. I have now done scheduled bootcamp with Tag and Michelle (equally as awesome) and small group training. Would i go back? Hell yeah!

WOW!

What an endorphin RUSH! TNT Fitness and Tag have changed my life. I’m 52 years old, and realized I had to get moving before it’s too late. Together, my wife and I signed up for a three month combined TNT Boot Camp and personal training package. In six weeks I’ve lost 13 lbs., 2” off my waist, and recaptured so much of the energy I used to take for granted in my youth. I can feel the changes daily in my strength and endurance in every physical thing I do around the house and yard; oh, and did I mention that endorphin rush that comes after a workout? WOW!
